British "lemonade" isn't lemonade. It's a "carbonated low calorie lemon flavoured soft drink..."

my key ring: (anti-clockwise from top) Williams whistle, fob to open security gate, key to kitchen, key to my room, key to the building, and key to the "H" mailbox.

cards: Ifor Evans Hall meal card, UCL ID card, international student ID card, oyster card (for the tube)

British Money

Fiver, tenner (with Charles Darwin on the back), penny, tuppence, 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, and one pound. There's also a two pound coin, but I haven't got one.

Fire Action sign in my room (26/09/10)

Notice that, if it's safe and practical to do so, you can attempt to fight the fire before exiting the building. And the meeting area is outside the bar.

Can I climb on it, Mum? (26/09/10)

The British Museum (26/09/10)

After the Camden Market, I figured I'd drop by the British Museum for a little while. It's quite close to UCL.

Camden Market (26/09/10)

The Camden Market is about a ten-minute walk from my residence hall. It's got an alternative, edgy scene that isn't really my taste, but there's a lot of good food and cool stuff to look at. It's situated right along the canal.
Liverpool's not all that far. :)

The Hippy Hippy Shake Company was closed, but I liked the names of their smoothies.

I figured I should try some traditional "chips."

Very good. Comes complete with a pronged, wooden stick to eat with.

The Brits are very creative with their street names. (26/09/10)

Saw these and thought of Jeff. (26/09/10)
